Focus on preparation

The last few days, the training focused on preparations for the upcoming National rollerski championship in Norrköping this weekend. Yesterday a speed and shorter interval-session on race wheels and today a skate session also containing testing of different racing wheels.

Speed session on race wheels to prepare for the NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP. first a few 200 metrer races and then a few intervals 90 to 100 seconds long.

We just managed to avoid a huge thunderstorm that whent past in the mountains just a few kilometres away.

Tested different racing wheels. Some of my old wheels thet have  performed well in several races and some completely new for me. It remains to be seen which wheels i will race on  this weekend!
